How STEPS Can Support You
Our specialised team understands the current and evolving needs for employees in the workplace, particularly in situations where an Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) provider has identified that an employee is likely to require ongoing support, and where:
- An employee has reached 26 weeks from job placement
- An employee joins an IEA provider as a Work Assist participant
- It has been 52 weeks since the employee’s last ongoing support assessment OR
- A change in circumstances means that an employee may need a higher level of ongoing support than previously identified

Supported Wage Assessments
The Supported Wage System provides both the industrial relations framework and the Assessment process to enable reliable productivity-based wage assessment for eligible people with a disability and provide supports for both employers and employees.
